DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic international team based in Malta.
In this role, you will play an important part in delivering an outstanding customer experience for several leading online gaming brands. You will join a multicultural environment of more than 200 professionals across Malta, supporting customers in their native language while ensuring high-quality service across all interactions.

Key responsibilities
• Provide customer support primarily via LiveChat, as well as email and telephone
• Guide customers in using desktop and mobile platforms effectively
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Player Safety, Responsible Gambling and CRM
• Share customer insights and feedback to support continuous service improvement
• Contribute to a positive team culture and knowledge sharing initiatives

Candidate profile
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of internet and basic technical concepts
• Previous experience in customer support is considered an advantage

The role begins with a comprehensive training programme, including two weeks of training followed by a two-week buddy period to support your transition into the role.
