- Manage incoming contacts (phone calls, emails, letters)
- Provide product information, resolve queries, and explain company policies
- Assist customers through various digital channels
- Collaborate with different departments for escalated cases
- Manage interactions on social media

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy

Key Languages:
- C2 or full professional level of Dutch, Norwegian or Danish
- Professional level of English (training is in English)
