  • Manage incoming contacts (phone calls, emails, letters)
  • Provide product information, resolve queries, and explain company policies
  • Assist customers through various digital channels
  • Collaborate with different departments for escalated cases
  • Manage interactions on social media
  • Be an outstanding brand ambassador

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is a plus

Key Languages:

  • C2 or full professional level of Dutch, Norwegian or Danish
  • Professional level of English (training is in English)
