David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Customer Support Advisors to join their teams in Bratislava.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (emails and outbound calls)
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/fluent in Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian language, both verbal and written. Fluent in English (B2 level minimum)
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Stable internet connection
- Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
