Customer Support Specialists are empathetic and skilful communicators who resolve issues and answer questions for our valued customers. They are always looking for unique and exciting ways to help others, solve problems, and improve future experiences. Customer Support Specialists make magic, turning unhappy users into our most passionate evangelists!
What You’ll Do
- You will provide high quality customer support predominantly through chat & mail.
- You will ensure customer issues are resolved based on documented procedures.
- You will demonstrate empathy and ownership while solving customer concerns.
- You will be a passionate advocate for our customers while answering any questions that come your way.
REQUIREMENTS
What You’ll Need
- You have at least C1 level of Romanian reading/writing and B1/B2 level of English.
- You are computer proficient (typing, quickly navigating between various tools).
- You have excellent reading comprehension and writing skills. You have the ability to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues.
- You are available to work in day shifts totaling 40 hours per week
- You have a go-getter attitude and work well in a team environment
Bonus Points For
- 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in person or contact center environment
