DESCRIPTION

Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls)


Establishing and maintaining customer relations


Ongoing reporting in the systems

REQUIREMENTS

Swedish language level C1


B2 level of English (introductory training is given in English)


Skills in operating Windows and MS Office


Openness in customer relations


Communication skills and an attitude to working with people


High personal culture and customer orientation


Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!


Availability to work from the office (Lublin, Czechów district)
