DESCRIPTION
  • Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls)
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relations
  • Ongoing reporting in the systems
REQUIREMENTS
  • Swedish language level C1
  • B2 level of English (introductory training is given in English)
  • Skills in operating Windows and MS Office
  • Openness in customer relations
  • Communication skills and an attitude to working with people
  • High personal culture and customer orientation
  • Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
  • Availability to work from the office (Lublin, Czechów district)
