Role: Czech speaking Team Manager
Location: Office based Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: approximately 1300 EUR net p/m plus accomodation allowance
Operational Hours: 40 hrs p/week rotational within a 24x7 operation
Relocation: Relocation package is discussed individually but can include assistance with flight reimbursement plus up to 21 days company accommodation provided on arrival, plus monthly accomodation allowance of up to 300 LEV p/m. Assistance to find long term rental.

Our client is an International is a technology company which provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries. Due to the continued growth, they are now looking for experienced team managers.
The role
We are seeking a talented and accomplished Czech-speaking Team Manager to oversee a dynamic team of Content Moderators. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to equip moderators with the knowledge and expertise needed for success. As a team manager you will manage a team of around 15 content moderators. Your task is to create a stimulating work environment to continually increase the improvement and results of your team. You will work closely with your team to improve individual and department KPI performance. It will be your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver their targets. Coaching, training and motivating your team will be a big part of your job.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to your team.
- Monitor queues for variations and make adjustments as necessary to meet SLAs.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Czech
Have a good command of English
Previous experience in managing a team in a contact centre environment
Organised with attention to detail.
