United Call Centers is a global BPO partner delivering multilingual customer support and technical services for international clients. We are now expanding and looking for Czech-speaking Technical Support Specialists to support one of our international clients in the payments and technology sector.
If you enjoy solving technical issues, helping business users, and working in a fully remote international environment — this could be the perfect role for you.
Your Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will assist business clients (B2B) with technical and operational issues related to payment devices and services.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line technical support via phone and email in Czech
- Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues
- Guide merchants through setup, configuration, and basic diagnostics
- Handle incident tickets and document solutions
- Escalate complex technical cases to higher support levels
- Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience
Employment Model
This is a remote freelance / self-employed contractor role.
You should:
- Be eligible to work as a self-employed contractor in your country
- Be comfortable invoicing monthly for your services
REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Fluent Czech (C2+)
- Good English skills (internal communication)
- Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer support
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Comfortable working in morning/afternoon and weekend shifts (operating hours are between 6:00 am - 11:00 pm CET, Monday to Sunday)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting hardware or POS devices
- Background in fintech, telecom, or IT support
- Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
