DESCRIPTION
This role requires relocation to Portugal.
This role is based in Lisbon and you will benefit from a fantastic relocation package! The position is perfect for dynamic individuals who are passionate about helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Your Role:
- Provide outstanding support to users via phone, chat, email, and social media
- Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and subscription management
- Troubleshoot streaming, app, and technical problems
- Guide users on payment queries and service changes (pause, cancel, renewals)
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Report trends and customer feedback to help improve the service
REQUIREMENTS
- Speak Danish fluently (C2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
- Have strong communication and active listening skills
- Are customer-oriented and empathetic
- Are adaptable and can work well under pressure
- Have experience in customer service (preferred, not required)
- Are flexible with rotating shifts and weekend work
