For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for –Customer Support Analyst with Danish (Relocation to Bulgaria).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, and phone communication;
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues related to our products and services;
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and help them overcome technical difficulties;
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Share customer feedback and improvement suggestions with the product and tech teams;
  • Communicate in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner at all times.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Danish, as well as English (both written and spoken);
  • Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or fintech company;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail;
  • Clear and effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex topics for customers;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks;
  • Open to working flexible hours and different shifts based on customer demands.
