DESCRIPTION
You will support integrity enforcement for a large-scale virtual platform by reviewing and acting on user reports in line with internal protocols and user policies. The work may change depending on operational needs (workflow changes and cross-skilling are possible), so adaptability is key.
What you’ll do (day-to-day)
- Review, investigate, and take action on user reports (e.g., abuse, harassment) following enforcement protocols
- Evaluate whether interpersonal interactions are appropriate (polite vs. profane/dismissive/attacking)
- Assess virtual “worlds” for potentially violating elements (e.g., prohibited/restricted goods, graphic content)
- Identify profane gestures and sexually suggestive interactions/depictions
- Document decisions clearly and maintain quality standards (accuracy-focused KPIs)
- Content note: The role can involve exposure to sensitive material, and shift work may be required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Danish: C1 / native-level (accent allowed)
- English: B2 (used for training, knowledge base, and policies)
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer support or tech support (gaming preferred)
- Typing speed ≥ 30 wpm with ≥ 85% accuracy
- Strong adaptability, critical thinking, and decision-making
- Ability to understand user idioms and pop culture references
- Background check required
