Danish-Speaking Credit Analyst Representative – Stockholm
DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about customer service and eager to work in a fast-growing fintech company? We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Success Representative to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to our Danish customers, helping them with a wide range of inquiries, from technical support and loan applications to invoice-related questions.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
- Assist in underwriting companies and evaluating financial data.
- Contact customers to help resolve late invoice payments.
- Collaborate with different teams to improve internal processes and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Danish and English (written & spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in phone and email support.
- A strong problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- A basic understanding of financial products is a plus.
- Experience in fintech or a fast-growing company is an advantage.
