Danish speaking Customer Advisor

Location: Work from home in Bulgaria 

Role: Danish Customer Support Agent for online pet store

Salary: 2300 Lev gross p/m plus 300 Lev gross p/m accomodation allowance

Operational Hours: 09:00-19:00 Monday-Friday

Relocation: 150 lev (75 euros) towards flight, 1 month (up to) hotel accommodation provided. Assistance to find long term rental.

Our client is a Canadian technology company which provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries.

The role

Our client is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their support teams. Their teams in Bulgaria are expanding at an incredible speed. They work with many exciting and well known global brands. You will not just be a customer service representative but a brand ambassador and work to the highest of standards, providing customers with excellent service. 

• Help our users with any issues they might have via tickets or calls.
• Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case by case customer-oriented approach.
• Identify trending issues and bugs from users’ reported issues and communicate them to your supervision team.
• Work with a passionate team of customer-friendly colleagues from an international background.

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and English
• Previous customer service experience 
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to closely follow up on instructions, quality standards, and productivity requirements.

Relocation

When successful, the relocation team will get in touch with you. They can organise 1 month accommodation for you in Sofia. This is short term accommodation to help you get started. When there, they will also help you to find a long term rental with a local real estate agency.
