The Role

We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional to join our high-energy, growth-focused team in Lisbon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, customer service, or business development who’s ready to grow in a fast-paced, international tech environment.

You’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth — building strong relationships, supporting clients, and ensuring their ongoing success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain CRM records
• Build strong client relationships through outbound calls and video meetings
• Consistently meet or exceed growth and activity-based KPIs
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and partner success

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break)
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (rotational shift pattern)

• Fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
• Good command of English
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Motivated, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems
