Join our client as a Customer Support Advisor, helping international travelers and accommodation partners resolve issues and create smooth experiences. This role is perfect for empathetic listeners who enjoy problem solving, working with a global team, and communicating in Danish and English.

About Us

Our client runs a global accommodation platform that connects travelers and hosts, and they place customer service and continuous learning at the center of their culture. They offer a 38.5 hour work week, a competitive salary, three weeks of initial training, 27 days of holiday, a temporary contract that can become permanent based on business needs, and a multicultural office near Glories shopping mall (Westfield).


What You’ll Do
  • Listen to and identify customer needs, delivering clear, helpful responses by phone and email.
  • Handle inquiries about service, payments, and technical issues, following established processes and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Mediator between international travelers and accommodation suppliers, aiming to resolve conflicts and protect the customer experience.
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately and suggest practical process improvements to reduce repeats and delays.


What You Bring
  • Fluent Danish at C2 level and advanced English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm, solution-driven approach to tricky situations.
  • Good PC skills, including Office 365, CRM systems, and comfort learning internal platforms.
  • Customer service or contact center experience is valued, plus an affinity for accommodation platforms and flexibility to work rotatory shifts, typically between 09:00 and 20:00.
  • You are local in Barcelona 

Contract:
  • 38,5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.   
  • Available shift: 09:00-20:00h (Rotatory)
  • Salary:22.249 € gross/year
  • Starting with a Temporary Contract that will evolve into a Permanent contract for a long term based on business needs. 
  • Holidays: 27 working days of holidays/year
