About the Role
Our client is a globally recognized international brand. As a Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for their customers — handling inbound inquiries related to account management, subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting. The work is primarily phone-based with some email and chat. No sales involved.

What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Danish — C1 level
- Solid English — B2 or above
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player, positive and structured
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills
- Clean criminal record
Nice to have
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience
