What will you do?
  • Support players whenever they need assistance
  • Help players by providing solutions via phone and email
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
  • Ensure every interaction leaves players with a pleasant experience
  • Provide customer support without any sales responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate profile
  • Native-level Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to help customers
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good organisational skills
  • Valid work permit for Cyprus if you are not an EU citizen
