About the Role

As a Small Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with small business customers across your assigned region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. No previous telecom experience is required, although any experience in sales or customer-facing roles will be considered an advantage.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and acquire new small business customers through field sales activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions

• Plan and execute structured field activities, including customer visits and roadmaps

• Manage your sales pipeline and work towards individual sales targets

• Represent the company professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Greek and English

• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage

• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, customer acquisition, or customer-facing roles is considered a strong advantage, but not required

• Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Well-organized, resilient, and able to work independently in the field

• Interest in technology and telecom solutions

• Valid driving licence
