About the Role

Our client is a globally recognized international brand. As a Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for their customers — handling inbound inquiries related to account management, subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting. The work is primarily phone-based with some email and chat. No sales involved.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Danish— C1 level
• Solid English — B2 or above
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player, positive and structured
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills
• Clean criminal record

Nice to have

• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience
