Salary & Benefits
€1,350 gross/month

The Role
We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus.
You will provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with account, payment, billing, console, and network-related issues.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or develop their international customer support career.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with account-related enquiries.
Handle password resets, payment processing, and billing questions.
Troubleshoot account access issues.
Support customers with console and network-related problems.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
Danish: C2 level
English: B2 level
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Comfortable working with technical issues and digital platforms.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Relocation & Accommodation Support
Option 1 — €1,500 Relocation Package
Receive a €1,500 relocation package approximately 2–3 weeks after your start date.
Candidates are responsible for arranging their own flight and accommodation.
Option 2 — Flight Reimbursement + Company Accommodation
Flight reimbursement of up to €300.
Company accommodation available for up to 2 months.
Month 1: Free
Month 2: €100
Candidates must initially book and pay for their own flight.
Accommodation terms: If you stay only for the first month, you will receive a €300 refund. If you leave before the end of the second month, a €13 daily fee will be deducted from the €300 refund.
