Danish Customer Service Representative - Travel Industry

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €22,537 per year gross

Please note candidates must already live in the Barcelona area.

Job Responsibilities:

As a customer support advisor for a prestigious travel company, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and identifying customer needs.
  • Listening, responding, and mediating between international travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Clarifying inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Work across Office 365, CRM systems, and internal platforms
  • Provide fast, effective solutions with a can-do attitude
  • Help maintain high-quality support for accommodation platform users
  • Adapt to new processes and priorities with an open mind
  • Deliver service that meets performance and satisfaction goals

What You Bring

  • Native Danish + Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer skills (Office 365, CRM tools)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in customer service or contact center work (valued)
  • Availability to work hybrid (office + home within 100km)
  • Flexibility for rotating shifts (09:00–20:00, Monday to Sunday, 2 days off/week)
