What You'll Do

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will:

• Review user-generated content in a back-office environment, including text, images, videos, and other materials that may contain sensitive or potentially disturbing content.

• Apply company policies and guidelines accurately and consistently.

• Take timely action on content that violates policies or poses potential risks.

• Identify trends and behavioral patterns to support proactive risk detection.

• Stay up to date with internal policies and process changes.

• Make well-reasoned decisions and clearly justify actions when required.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations, including weekends and public holidays.

• Office-based role in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work with sensitive or disturbing content in a professional manner.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in content moderation, fraud investigation, spam detection, or trust and safety is an advantage but not required
