• Lead and train your cleaning team, ensuring top-notch weekend deep cleans and quality checks.
• Prep properties to perfection, tackling maintenance, hot tub management and snow clearing as needed.
• Welcome guests with charm, delivering lift passes, meal services and insider tips.
• Confidently drive guests to the slopes and around resort in snowy conditions (manual vehicle).
• Assist property owners and senior management with midweek tasks as required.

. What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role with team management experience (hospitality/retail ideal).
• Ideally from a hospitality or holiday environment background (e.g. campsites, AirBnB, self-catered apartments).
• Full, clean drivers license (manual, 3+ years), experience driving in snow.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and guest focused communication.
• Passion for the mountains and skiing/snowboarding.
• Career-breakers or sabbatical takers are welcome!
• English fluency, basic French a plus.
• Available from November 20th 2025 until Mid April 2026.
