Dutch-Speaking Technical Support/Customer Service (Lisbon)
We are recruiting Native (C2 Level) Dutch Speakers for one of the biggest companies in the world that provides customer service outsourcing for this search engine company either for consumers, companies, and the public. Benefits:
- Monthly gross salary of €1.100,00 x 14 months
- Monthly performance-based bonus up to €100,00
- A Monthly food allowance of up to €160,00 - €7,23/day

- Full-time contract (40 hours a week)
- Monday-Saturday 7:00am - 7:00pm (8 hours rotational shift)

What will I be doing?
- Assisting customers with general and pre-sales inquiries
- After training, you will assist them with more technical issues by phone/chat/email.
- Identifying and solving general inquiries and concerns and escalating them appropriately.
What do I need to do this?
- EU passport or ID card
- C2 level in Dutch
- Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
- Be able to multitask, as you will be speaking to partners via phone, email, and web chat
