Your day to day:
- Making outbound calls from a Luminus database, targeting both cold and warm leads
- Striving to conclude Luminus contracts and assisting with the digital conclusion of contracts
- Comparing rates between Luminus and other suppliers
- Convincing prospects to become Luminus customers
- Making a Happy Call within 48 hours of signing the contract to verify the details
- Proposing and selling additional Luminus products and services
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Secondary Education
- Languages: Dutch (preferably Flemish), English communication level
- Skills: Basic MS Office, SalesForce experience is a plus
- Personal qualities:
- Willingness to learn and motivation to sell
- Strong customer focus and persuasiveness
- Excellent listening skills and self-expression
- Empathy and self-confidence
