Dutch Speaking Business Development Representative

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 23,876€ + up to 3,408€ bonus

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join our EMEA team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand how our cloud solutions can support their business. If you like talking to people, spotting opportunities, and working toward clear goals, you’ll fit right in.

 

What you’ll do

  • Drive new sales opportunities and meet quarterly SQO targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify high-potential prospects.
  • Reach out to decision-makers by phone and email, often through cold outreach.
  • Build quick rapport, understand needs, and match them to the right cloud solutions.
  • Document every step in our CRM so the whole team stays aligned.
  • Work toward individual and team goals on productivity, conversion, and pipeline.
REQUIREMENTS

What we’re looking for

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • C2 level Dutch + fluent English.
  • Some experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally in IT.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing (Cloud is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable work style.
  • Comfortable working toward targets in a phone-based environment.
  • Solid general IT skills.
  • Nice to have
  • A year of outbound IT sales experience.
  • Cold-calling experience and the ability to manage a large account list.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Strong sales instincts and the ability to navigate business conversations.
  • Understanding of the local market.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
