• Log inbound and outbound contacts via phone, email or chat and keep detailed records of interactions.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and provide first‑line support on orders and general inquiries.
• Track and follow up on each case to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to up‑sell and cross‑sell solutions.
• Work closely with team members to meet quality and performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS
• Native or near‑native level of Dutch with fluent English.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal and eligibility to work in the EU (EU citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tools.
