What will you do?
Being the point of contact for trucks of minimum 3.5 tons
Answering directly to drivers, transport and logistics companies
Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
Clarifying questions related to roads across the Netherlands
Assisting with registration, onboard unit orders, and payments
Ensuring revenue collection
Handling debt communication
Supporting service sales when applicable
Providing accurate, efficient, and empathetic customer support
Contributing to the achievement of project objectives
Candidate profile
Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive attitude
