Our client is expanding their Dutch-speaking team in Lisbon and is looking for motivated individuals ready to relocate and build something meaningful, not just fill a seat.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable, and persuasive voice (and keyboard) that Dutch-speaking customers turn to. This role has a strong focus on activation and sales. On a daily basis, you will:
No previous experience in sales or customer support? No problem. You’ll receive an intensive 6-day training program (8 hours per day) to set you up for success from day one.

- Conduct outbound calls to former customers to understand their needs and encourage them to return
- Present tailored solutions and address any obstacles preventing reactivation
- Support customers on multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions related to plans, deliveries, flexibility, and product options
- Ensure a smooth customer experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving
No previous experience in sales or customer support? No problem. You’ll receive an intensive 6-day training program (8 hours per day) to set you up for success from day one.

- Speak Dutch at a native or near-native level
- Feel comfortable communicating in English in an international environment
- Are a strong communicator who listens well and feels confident making outbound calls
- Stay calm under pressure and bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Are ready to relocate to Lisbon (or are already there)
What’s In It For You
- Salary: Total compensation of €1,784. per month
- Working hours: 40 hours per week on a rotational schedule, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00
