Our partner is a French multinational outsourcing company with 62,000 employees across 170 locations worldwide. For a world‑renowned technology brand, they run a support hub in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, chat and email in Dutch.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support for products, answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnose and reproduce hardware, software and peripheral problems; collaborate with technicians to resolve them.
• Log cases in the ticketing system, ensure all interactions are documented and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills
- Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical topics
- PC literacy, Google Docs, and Google Sheets proficiency
- Familiarity with wireless troubleshooting
- Patient, discreet, and up-to-date with IT trends
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
- Must have an EU passport or valid residence permit
