DESCRIPTION
Are you a strong communicator who enjoys speaking with people and creating opportunities? Join our team as a Dutch-speaking Appointment Setter and work from our office in Sofia, with hybrid options available and the possibility to work remotely from Bulgaria after a period of onboarding.
About the Role
You will contact potential customers and schedule home appointments for telecom advisors. Your goal is to generate interest and turn leads into confirmed appointments.
Your Tasks
- Call potential customers from provided databases
- Introduce telecom services and create interest
- Schedule appointments for field sales advisors
- Confirm appointments one day in advance
- Keep systems and calendars up to date
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Dutch (Flemish preferred) and good English
- Based in Bulgaria or willing to relocate to Sofia
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Structured, reliable, and positive mindset
