- Responding to questions about products such as their features, equivalents or stock status
- Making address change, product change/return or order cancellation processes
- Providing information about delivery status
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level in written and spoken Dutch
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Being a good team player
