Through inbound written channels, helping the customers about following topics; 

  • Responding to questions about products such as their features, equivalents or stock status
  • Making address change, product change/return or order cancellation processes
  • Providing information about delivery status
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native level in written and spoken Dutch
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Being a good team player
