Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Contract: 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract with the possibility of an Indefinite Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00–19:30
Salary & Benefits
• Gross salary: €1,350 per month, increasing to €1,400 after 6 months
• Dutch language bonus: €150 gross per month
• Uncapped performance bonus based on KPIs, with an average of €250–€300 per month
• Performance bonuses are paid together with your monthly salary.

Relocation & Accommodation Support
Choose one of the following relocation options:
Option 1
• €1,500 relocation package paid approximately 2–3 weeks after your start date.
• You arrange your own flight and accommodation.
Option 2
• Flight reimbursement of up to €300.
• Opportunity to stay in company accommodation for up to 2 months:
o First month free
o Second month only €100
• If you stay for just the first month, you will receive a €300 refund.
• If you leave before the end of the second month, a daily accommodation fee of €13 will be deducted from the €300 refund.
About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international customer service team in Larnaca, Cyprus.
You will provide support to customers across phone, email, and chat, helping them resolve console and network-related issues. You will primarily assist with account matters while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account-related issues, including password resets and account access.
• Support customers with payment processing and billing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot console and network-related problems.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate complex technical cases when necessary.
• Ensure every customer receives clear, friendly, and effective support.
Candidate Requirements
• Dutch: Native or C2 level (required).
• English: Minimum B2 level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, technical support, or call centre experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues.
• Able to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
