DESCRIPTION
Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor - split shifts
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: €1,997 gross p/m (= €1,550 net per month) + performance bonus up to €100 gross
Hours: 40 hrs/week, rotational shifts between Mon–Sun, 08:30–23:00 (split shifts)
We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for an international outsourcing partner in Bulgaria.
In this role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Handle queries and technical issues, ensuring timely first-time resolution
- Provide accurate advice on products and services
- Recommend solutions that best fit customer needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
- Good level of English
- Previous experience in customer service, tech support or sales preferred
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Willingness to work split shifts
