We are looking for Dutch Speakers to work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, for one of the largest Hi-Tech companies in the world. If you speak Dutch at a C1 level and you want to start a new career as in the Hi-Tech sector and support customers and companies with their inquiries, then this position is for you! You have the chance to work and represent one of the biggest Hi-Tech companies in the world – with no experience needed.

Benefits:

• Monthly Gross Salary € 1.127,00 x 14 Months
• Monthly work shift food allowance of up to € 150,00 - € 7,00/Daily
• Monthly Performance Bonus up to € 150,00

What will I be doing?

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• Dutch C1 level
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email, and web chat
