Your Exciting Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to inform partners about new products and services
• Achieve daily call targets to meet sales goals
• Identify and act on cross and up-selling opportunities
• Foster partner retention and loyalty
• Log outbound calls into the CRM database
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners
• Work collaboratively to reach client and internal targets
• Follow Contact Centre procedures and call handling guidelines

Your Ideal Profile

• Native level Dutch (C2), fluent English (C1)
• Previous experience in any customer-facing role
• Passion for working in Greece
• EU Passport
