What You'll Do
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and promote business solutions.
Build, maintain, and expand a robust customer database.
Identify and engage high-potential companies across the Benelux market.
Manage customer interactions and sales activities through CRM tools.
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and customer success.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Native-level (C2) Dutch and strong English communication skills.
Previous sales experience (approximately 20 months preferred).
Strong CRM experience and proficiency with sales tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
