As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will be the friendly face (and voice) behind the screen, guiding customers through technical adventures and sharing your genuine passion for tech.
What Your Day Looks Like:
- Connect & Converse: Deliver top-tier inbound support for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Save the Day: Tackle pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical roadblocks with ease.
- Team Up: Collaborate with fellow technicians to close out tickets smoothly, keeping our internal English-language ticketing system spotless.
- Handle the Heat: Masterfully navigate customer escalations and document the process like a pro.
- Be the Brand: Uphold our company values and keep our reputation shining bright.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Pros: Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English.
- Experience: Background in customer or technical support is a big plus!
- Superpowers: Endless patience, a proactive, self-motivated drive, and a great team spirit.
- Trustworthy: Absolute discretion when handling sensitive data and personal information.
- Availability: Ready to dive into a 24/7 shift rotation and relocate to Portugal to start on September 22nd.
