DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator Assistant (PCA) in Eastern Countries located in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, in Messina Province (Italy). The PCA will support the Project Coordinators in the implementation of mobility programs, assist in the management of the project’s budget and program logistics, and ensure deadlines are met. The PCA will also interact with participants, and conduct presentations and orientations.

 

Tasks

  • Managing the daily contact with international partners (mainly VET Schools, Foundations, and Training centers operating in the educational sector);
  • Preparing all the supported documents functional to the implementation of the Erasmus+ mobility projects in Sicily;
  • Contacting potential customers and designing a long-term marketing strategy;
  • Assisting the team in project drafting as well as in application revision;
  • Creating budgets, invoices, quotes;
  • Customers care relations;
  • Updating the partner database;
  • Guiding the group during the introduction to the companies, implementation of the city tour, participation in city tours, and welcoming activities;
  • Accompanying the group on weekend excursions (upon the availability of the PCA).
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel
  • Fluency in English and Polish (knowledge of other Eastern European languages is a plus)
  • Prior experience in project management, event planning, or similar fields is a plus

OFFER

This position is based in Sicily (Italy) in the city of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto (ME)

Contract: 8 months full-time entry- level contract with possible extension

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7 hours per day 35 hours per week (decided weekly with your project coordinator)

Accommodation in a single room in a shared apartment (all costs included) for the first 3 months.

Salary: to be discussed upon interview and working experience/background + 13th and 14th salary

Possible travels in Europe may be required in the future.
