What You Will Do in This Role

As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:

 • Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
 • Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
 • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
 • Identify and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

REQUIREMENTS
Your Qualifications

 • Take ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution or escalation
