What will you do?
  • Engage with Finnish-market clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions
  • Manage a high volume of accounts, delivering exceptional service and sales support
  • Drive revenue growth through effective selling and convincing techniques
  • Work with performance targets and KPIs to meet or exceed objectives
  • Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
  • Cultivate client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Candidate profile
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • C2 level Finnish and high-level English (written and spoken)
  • Proven sales experience with strong persuasion skills
  • Willingness to move to Barcelona, Spain
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Track record of achieving high-volume sales results
  • Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities

Employer offers
  • Full-time (39h/week)  hybrid position in Barcelona
  • 23.876,19€ gross/year + up to 3.407,56€ gross/year in bonus
  • Regular Monday to Friday 9-5, no late shift or weekend work
