Finnish-Speaking Customer Service to Crete

Interested in working in beautiful Crete? Our client is located in Chania, and hiring fluent Finnish speakers to work for several different well known international brands. You will:

• Help Finnish-Speaking customers regarding any questions depending on the project you are working with
• Serve and help these Finnish customers via chat / phone / email
• Receive and solve customer problems and questions

You are:

• Native or near-native Finnish language skills
• English on B2 level and above (easily communicating in English, written and spoken)
• Confident working on a computer
• Interested in customer service and caring for customers
• Able to prioritize work tasks and good in time management
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ready to work in shifts and also in late shifts if needed

• Relocation package, including paid flight to Greece and an apartment from Chania for the whole time you are working for the company
