Job Title: French Client Success Manager- Digital Marketing

Salary: €38,000 base + OTE €15,000 + benefits including healthcare

Location: Dublin South, Ireland

Working hours: Monday- Friday, standard office hours

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers, both new and existing, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
  • Develop strategic insights based on data analysis to help partners optimize their advertising performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance advertising campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and reactivating accounts.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing guidance on new features and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key advertising metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC) and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1+ years of experience in campaign management within online advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Previous experience in account management or a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and analytics.
  • Fluent in [Specify Language], with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and presentation software.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
