Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, delivering outstanding customer service and sales support
- Promote and sell cruise packages, including cross-selling and upselling customized options and related products
- Provide full support for post-booking and booking management to guests
- Assist travel agents with bookings, inquiries, and customer needs management
- Offer accurate and useful information on destinations, ships, travel documents, pricing, and more
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

- Native-level fluency in French and at least a B2 proficiency in English
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
- A background in sales, tourism, or the travel industry is a plus
- Strong digital skills and great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and approach challenges with problem-solving skills
- Must be a resident of Portugal or willing to relocate
