What will you do?
- Handle calls, emails, and chats in French
- Act as a brand ambassador and stay up to date on promotions
- Address account and billing issues, upsell services, and resolve fraudulent order claims
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Document interactions and instructions in the CRM system
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing cases

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1+)
- Valid EU passport/ID or Greek work visa
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous
