DESCRIPTION
Ready to take your career abroad while enjoying a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle? Our client is seeking motivated French-speaking Support Specialists to join several work-from-home customer and technical support projects based in Greece.
In this role, you’ll assist users of a well-known international service, providing either customer or technical support. You’ll receive comprehensive training and a generous relocation package to help you smoothly begin your new adventure.
Please note: This position can only be performed from within Greece. Relocation support is fully provided by our client, and we’re happy to share more details with you.
Your Responsibilities
- Support French-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
- Handle customer service and technical support inquiries
- Assist with account management, billing questions, and service issues
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems related to applications, software, and connectivity
- Guide users through websites and platforms while explaining features
- Provide accurate, real-time solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
