The Role & Its Responsibilities
Your mission is to master the paid landscape. You will be responsible for the health, scaling, and profitability of our clients' advertising investments.
Campaign Deployment: Establish and launch paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, specifically tailored for the French-speaking market.
Optimization & Management: Continuously monitor and refine advertising campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and budget pacing.
Data Mastery: Track essential KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and ensure regular, transparent reporting that tells the story behind the numbers.
Creative Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to produce high-performing visual assets and copy that resonate with French audiences.
Trend Scouting: Actively monitor digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep our strategies at the cutting edge.
The Must-Haves
Languages: Native-level French (or C2) and professional English. (Spanish is a big plus!).
Experience: A first professional experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or data.
Numerical Ease: You are comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.
Platform Knowledge: basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Mindset: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
