Front Office Agent – Dutch Speaker

Join a leading gas company in Porto through Talent Search People, a trusted HR consultancy with 15+ years of expertise. We're seeking a motivated  Front Office Agent, with a native level of Dutch.

On this occasion, one of our leading gas clients is looking for a Back Office employee with a native Dutch level in Porto. 

- You'll provide assistance via phone/email/chat and handle customer queries

- You will guide the customers through the webshop

- You'll ensure that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained

- You'll transfer queries to the corresponding department

- You'll keep a record in the computer system (orders, complaints, or queries)

- You'll be performing complementary administrative tasks

- You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers

- You have a native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English B2

- You're proactive, customer-oriented, and focused on responding promptly to requests

- You have a basic knowledge of SAP and Office Tools (preferred)

- You're able to work in a results-oriented team and have good problem-solving skills

-Currently living in Porto.
