In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, clarifying doubts or questions about electronic devices, handling complaints, resolving issues, and performing back-office tasks as needed.
To thrive in this job, it’s essential to have at least a C1 level of Dutch, good knowledge of English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient, empathetic attitude. You should be able to work effectively in a team and adapt to different work modalities.
