Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for digital
marketing and agency growth? We’re looking for a German Agency Growth
Coordinator to help expand business opportunities and strengthen
relationships with digital marketing agencies.
In this role, you will support agencies in optimising their
clients' advertising success on a leading social media platform. You'll play a
key role in business development, providing strategic insights, and helping
advertisers achieve their marketing goals through innovative digital
advertising solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking digital marketing
agencies, ensuring their advertisers achieve success.
- Identify
and engage with new agency partners, presenting tailored advertising
solutions that drive results.
- Support
agencies in optimising ad campaigns and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Analyse
campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve
effectiveness.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to refine strategies and enhance client success.
- Communicate
platform updates, new features, and best practices to agency partners.
- Keep
up to date with industry trends and emerging digital advertising
solutions.
OFFER
What You Bring:
- Fluency
in German and English (both written and spoken).
- 1+
year of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or agency
account management.
- Knowledge
of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Pinterest,
Snapchat).
- Strong
communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience
working with clients or agencies, providing strategic guidance.
- Proficiency
in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration platforms.
- Analytical
mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A
proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented attitude in a fast-paced
environment.
