German B2B Sales Executive - Hybrid

Job Description 


We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as B2B Telemarketing Executives. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an important role in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets for our telemarketing company.  Ideally, you will be based in Lisbon, Portugal 


Job Responsibilities 


  • You will engage with pre-qualified contacts generated from prospect interest in our products and services;
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through proactive outbound calling to prospects;
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points;
  • Pitch our products and services effectively, highlighting the unique value proposition;
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. 
  • German (C1/C2) - Mandatory;
  • Basic proficiency in English, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively;
  • Computer skills (Word / Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
  • Experience in a B2B outbound telemarketing or sales role;
  • Candidates with experience in customer support or call centre operations will also be considered;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects;
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on achieving results;
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
