Your Responsibilities
- Content review: You will review and analyze communications to ensure it meets company standards and helps customers in the best possible way.
- Optimization: You identify potential for improvement in the responses and help to continuously improve the automation.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with your global team to share best practices and jointly optimize customer interactions.
Your adventure starts with a well-organized relocation to Lisbon. Your flight will be booked and upon arrival you will be taken directly to your accommodation in a company shared apartment. REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile
- Fluent in German and a strong command of English (both verbal and written)
- Sharp attention to detail and quick decision-making skills
- Comfortable handling a range of content, including sensitive topics
- Committed to upholding Google's high standards and guidelines
- Ability to thrive in both routine and dynamic work settings
- Team-oriented, with a readiness to collaborate globally
